1. About Pregame

Pregame is a meeting readiness service operated by Polsia, Inc. The service generates meeting briefs, talking points, and post-call debriefs by combining information you provide with data from your connected CRM and calendar integrations. The service is available at pregame.io.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the service on behalf of yourself or your organization. By creating an account, you represent that these conditions are met. The service is intended for B2B sales professionals and teams.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Pregame uses email-based authentication (no passwords). If you believe your account has been compromised, contact hello@pregame.io immediately.

Do not share access tokens or auth links. Each account is for a single user unless you are on a Teams plan with explicitly added seats.

4. Credits and Free Trial

Pregame uses a credit-based system. Each readiness brief consumes one credit. Debriefs also consume one credit.

Paid credits are allocated at purchase and do not roll over between billing periods on subscription plans. One-time credit top-ups do not expire.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Pregame offers monthly subscription plans and one-time credit top-ups. Current plans:

Subscription payments are processed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. You will receive a receipt email from Stripe at each renewal.

Prices are in USD. No refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@pregame.io. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier — your existing briefs and history remain accessible, and any unused credits remain available.

We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations mid-period.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Pregame uses large language models (OpenAI's GPT) to generate meeting briefs, talking points, and debriefs. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

• Always verify factual claims in a brief before relying on them in a meeting.
• CRM data pulled into a brief reflects the state of your CRM at the time of generation — it may not reflect recent changes.
• Pregame is a preparation tool, not a source of legal, financial, or compliance advice.
• You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content with customers, prospects, or colleagues.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Pregame to generate content that is harassing, defamatory, or illegal.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service at scale.
• Share or resell access to your account or briefs to third parties.
• Use the service to circumvent any law or regulation.
• Abuse the free trial by creating multiple accounts to receive additional free credits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Pregame integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, HubSpot, and Salesforce. By connecting these integrations, you authorize Pregame to access and process data from those services as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Pregame is not responsible for data loss, errors, or service disruptions caused by third-party platforms.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all meeting data, notes, and context you provide. The AI-generated briefs produced using your data are yours to use as you see fit.

The Pregame product, including its design, code, and infrastructure, is owned by Polsia, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Pregame is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that briefs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
• Polsia, Inc.'s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, lost deals, or data loss — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Polsia, Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for matters eligible for small claims court.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
