When Instantly's AI Agent converts a reply into a booked meeting, Instantly fires a lead_meeting_booked webhook event to Pregame.

Pregame receives and validates the event

The webhook is verified using your signing secret. Prospect data (name, company, email, meeting time) is extracted from the payload.

Readiness signal generated automatically

GPT-4o researches the company, builds a personalized readiness signal with talking points, objection prep, and a follow-up draft. Included in your plan.

Readiness signal pushed back to the Instantly lead record

Pregame updates the lead in Instantly with the readiness signal URL and key talking points — visible directly in the lead's activity in your Instantly dashboard.
