CRM context is active. Opportunity data, contact records, stage history, and recent activities are automatically injected into your pre-call readiness signals. Debrief notes sync back to Salesforce after each meeting.
What Pregame Reads
For each meeting, we look up the attendee and their associated opportunities in Salesforce.
👤 Contact & Account Records
Name, title, company, phone, email, and account details — surfaced in the CRM Deal Context section of your readiness signal.
💼 Open Opportunities
All open opportunities linked to the contact or account — stage, amount, close date, probability, and owner — so you know exactly where the deal stands.
📊 Pipeline & Stage History
Current pipeline stage, days in stage, and stage history — giving you context on deal momentum before the call.
📞 Recent Activities
Last 5 tasks, events, and emails — so you know what was discussed in the last touchpoint and what was promised.
CRM Write-Back
After a meeting, Pregame pushes debrief data back to Salesforce on the linked opportunity and contact records.
1
Write your debrief
After the meeting ends, open the brief and use the Debrief tab to log key outcomes, next steps, and objections raised.
2
Score + summary pushed to Salesforce
Pregame writes your Pregame Score, brief summary, and outcome ID to the linked Opportunity as custom fields — visible in Salesforce reports and dashboards.
3
Task created for next steps
A completed Salesforce Task is created on the opportunity noting your debrief summary and follow-up actions — the whole team stays current.
OAuth Scopes
Pregame requests the following Salesforce API scopes via OAuth 2.0 Web Server Flow.
- api — Full access to read/write contacts, opportunities, accounts, tasks, and activities
- refresh_token — Enables silent re-authentication when your session expires
🔒
Pregame writes to Salesforce only when you explicitly submit a meeting debrief. It never modifies your CRM data during readiness signal generation. Tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time from this page.
