Google Calendar Integration
Loading…Pregame watches your Google Calendar for upcoming external meetings and generates a readiness signal ~1 hour before each one. Auto-prep can be enabled from /app after connecting.
Connect your Google Calendar
Authorize read-only access to your Google Calendar via OAuth 2.0. Pregame reads event titles, attendee emails, and meeting times to detect upcoming external meetings and trigger auto-prep. We never modify your calendar.

Auto-prep is ready. Pregame scans upcoming events on a rolling window, detects external attendees (anyone outside your domain), and emails a readiness signal ~1 hour before each one. We never write to your calendar.
What Pregame Reads
Auto-prep queries your primary Google Calendar on a rolling 24-hour window and scopes each readiness signal to external attendees.
📅 Upcoming Events
Event titles, start/end times, and locations from the next 24 hours — used to schedule readiness signal generation ~1 hour ahead of each meeting.
👥 Attendee Emails
Per-event attendee email addresses — compared against your own domain to identify external contacts and pull their LinkedIn / company data for the brief.
🔁 Auto-Prep Trigger
Any event with at least one external attendee becomes an auto-brief candidate — opens the meeting record in /app, generates the readiness signal, and emails it to you.
🔒 Read-Only Access
Pregame requests only calendar.events.readonly. We never modify your events, create new ones, or interact with any other Google service.
How Auto-Prep Works
Once connected, Pregame runs an auto-prep worker every 15 minutes to surface upcoming external meetings.
1
Scan your calendar
Pregame fetches events ~45–90 minutes out using the Google Calendar API. Internal events (attendees all on your domain) are skipped.
2
Deduplicate & enrich
Each detected external meeting is deduped by event ID. Attendees are resolved through LinkedIn + company lookup to feed the readiness signal.
3
Readiness signal emailed to you
Pregame generates the briefing and posts it to your inbox (and optionally Slack) — with the Pregame Score, talking points, and triggers — well before the meeting starts.
OAuth Scopes
Pregame requests the following Google Calendar scope via OAuth 2.0.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.readonly — Read upcoming event titles, times, locations, and attendees (no write access)

Tokens are stored encrypted at rest and refresh silently. You can revoke Pregame's access at any time from this page or from your Google account's "Third-party apps with account access" page. Disconnecting clears tokens immediately.
