Custom Contact Fields (Required for Write-Back)
After a readiness signal is generated, Pregame writes the score, talking points, discovery questions, risk flags, and brief URL onto the matching GHL contact. Create these custom fields in your GHL location under Settings → Custom Fields → Contacts before the first write-back:

Writes are field-tolerant. If any field is missing, the rest still lands — and the same content is always posted to the contact timeline as a note, so reps see the readiness context regardless of which custom fields are configured.

An appointment is booked in GHL
When a contact books an appointment through your GHL scheduler, GHL fires an
appointment.created webhook event to Pregame with the contact details, company, and scheduled time.2
Pregame receives and validates the event
The webhook is verified using your signing secret (HMAC-SHA256). Contact name, email, company name, and appointment time are extracted from the payload.

Readiness signal generated automatically
GPT-4o-mini researches the prospect and company, pulling in live trigger events (funding, leadership news, product launches), then builds a personalized readiness signal: company snapshot, 5 talking points, objection prep, and a follow-up draft. Included in your plan.
