How It Works
From Calendly booking to pre-call readiness intelligence in under 60 seconds.
1
A meeting is booked via Calendly
When someone books a timeslot on your Calendly link, Calendly fires an
invitee.created webhook event to Pregame with the invitee details and meeting time.2
Pregame receives and validates the event
The webhook is verified using your signing secret (HMAC-SHA256). Invitee name, email, company (from the booking form), and meeting time are extracted from the payload.
3
Readiness signal generated automatically
GPT-4o-mini researches the prospect and company, pulling in live trigger events (funding, leadership news, product launches), then builds a personalized readiness signal: company snapshot, 5 talking points, objection prep, and a follow-up draft. Included in your plan.
4
You get an email with the readiness signal + link
We send you an email with the company snapshot, top 3 talking points, and a direct link to the full readiness signal — all before you ever join the call.
Activity Log
