How It Works
From Cal.com booking to pre-call readiness intelligence in under 60 seconds.
1
A meeting is booked via Cal.com
When someone books a timeslot via your Cal.com link, Cal.com fires a
booking_created webhook event to Pregame with the invitee details and meeting time.2
Pregame receives and validates the event
The webhook is verified using your signing secret (HMAC-SHA256). Attendee name, email, company, and meeting time are extracted from the payload.
3
Readiness signal generated automatically
GPT-4o-mini researches the prospect and company, pulling in live trigger events (funding, leadership news, product launches), then builds a personalized readiness signal: company snapshot, 5 talking points, objection prep, and a follow-up draft. Included in your plan.
4
You get an email with the readiness signal + link
We send you an email with the company snapshot, top 3 talking points, and a direct link to the full readiness signal — all before you ever join the call.
