Apollo Integration
Loading…When a meeting is booked via Apollo, Pregame automatically generates pre-call readiness intelligence and pushes it back to the Apollo contact record — no manual action needed.

Auto-generate readiness signal on meeting booked
Automatically generate and deliver a readiness signal when Apollo detects a
meeting_booked event, then push the brief back to the Apollo contact recordApollo API Key
Required for pushing readiness data back to Apollo contact records. Get your API key from Apollo Settings → Integrations → API Keys.
🔑
Your API key is encrypted and stored per-user. It's only used to push readiness data to Apollo contact records after a meeting is booked. Without it, readiness signals are still generated and emailed to you — just not written back to Apollo.

How It Works
The full pipeline from Apollo meeting to readiness signal in under 60 seconds.
1
A meeting is booked via Apollo
When a rep books a meeting through Apollo Sequences or the Apollo dialer, Apollo fires a
meeting_booked webhook event to Pregame with contact and meeting details.2
Pregame receives and validates the event
The webhook is verified using your signing secret (HMAC-SHA256). Contact data — name, email, company, role, meeting time — is extracted from the Apollo payload.
3
Readiness signal generated automatically
GPT-4o researches the prospect and company, then builds a personalized readiness signal: company snapshot, 3 talking points, objection prep, and a follow-up draft. Included in your plan.
4
Readiness signal pushed back to the Apollo contact
Pregame uses the Apollo API to update the contact record with
pregame_brief_url, pregame_brief_summary, and pregame_talking_points — visible directly in Apollo.5
You get an email with the readiness signal + link
We send you an email with the company snapshot, top 3 talking points, and a direct link to the full readiness signal — all before you ever join the call.
